Czas: koncentrujemy się na łączniku w kontinuum, na sytuacji dramatycznej kulminacji, na momencie, w którym jeden stan przechodzi w drugi. Jego teatralnym wyrazem jest odliczanie prowadzące nieubłaganie, sekunda po sekundzie, do punktu, w którym całkowita kontrola zamienia się w pełną nadziei / katastrofalną utratę kontroli, a czas nagle wydaje się stać w miejscu. Jednocześnie to historyczne odliczanie (Apollo 11) działa w głowach widzów jak ich własne kino wyświetlające różnorodne spektakle, które dzieją się w swoich własnych wymiarach czasu. Jest przed i po, od i do, a scenariusz może stać się metaforą podstawowej energii utopijnego myślenia. Tę sytuację chcemy w prosty sposób stworzyć za pomocą instalacji dźwiękowej w trzech różnych punktach na trasie wystawy. W ten sposób widz zostanie kilkakrotnie, w różnych kontekstach, skonfrontowany z opisaną powyżej dynamiką.
Zeit: Wir konzentrieren uns auf eine Schnittstelle im Kontinuum, auf eine Situation der dramatischen Zuspitzung, auf den Moment, wo ein Zustand in einen anderen übergeht. Der Countdown ist sein theatralischer Ausdruck. Er führt unaufhaltsam im Sekundentakt auf einen Punkt zu, an dem die totale Kontrolle in hoffnungsvollen/katastrophalen Kontrollverlust übergeht, und die Zeit blitzartig stillzustehen scheint. Gleichzeitig erzeugt dieser historisch verortbare Countdown (Apollo 11) im Betrachter ein individuelles Kopfkino, das vielfältige Vorstellungen auslösen kann, die in ihren ganz eigenen Zeitdimensionen unterwegs sind. Es gibt ein davor und danach, ein weg von und hin zu, und das Szenario kann so auch zur Metapher für die Grundenergie utopischen Denkens werden. Diese Situation wollen wir auf einfache Weise mittels einer Audioinstallation an drei verschiedenen Stellen des Ausstellungsparcours erlebbar machen. So wird der Betrachter mehrmals in unterschiedlichem Zusammenhang mit der oben beschriebenen Dynamik konfrontiert.
Time: we are concentrating on the link in the continuum, on the situation of a dramatic climax, on the moment when one state transforms into another. Its theatrical expression is the countdown leading relentlessly, second by second, to the point where total control turns into a hopeful / catastrophic loss of control, and time suddenly seems to stand still. At the same time, this historical countdown (Apollo 11) acts in the mind of the viewer as his/her own cinema displaying a variety of performances that happen in their own dimensions of time. There is a before and after, from and to, and the scenario can become a metaphor for the underlying energy of utopian thinking. We want to create this situation in a simple way by means of a sound installation at three different points along the exhibition route. In this way, the viewer will be confronted several times, in various contexts, with the dynamics described above.
